Located inside the Wilcon Depot, this resto serves good comfort food, in an exotic way. They serve croc meat, if you're after a unique dish, you can give this a try. Otherwise, they serve other variety of dish on their menu.

I've been at Wilcon nearly every other week for the past few years yet I've never been tempted to eat at Urban Cafe. Well, after running my errands, and tired of the usual, I decided to give the crocs a try. It's not a full-service restaurant, and I think the cashier is the cook and waiter as well. (poor guy). No wonder I needed to go to the counter to order and pay (no biggie, but I thought he'd hand me the menu and take my order from my table). I had the croc sisig (P185) (which I had before at Puerto Princesa), which basically tasted the same. The guy was also kind enough to cook my egg further (I really don't like them runny, and I like my yolk cooked). I'd have loved to try the croc steak but sadly they ran out for the day. That is an order for another day. I will stay away from their pastries though. They don't really taste 'wow'. (and not to be mean but I can bake better stuff).
Oh, you'll love the ambiance and the board games. Some chairs need to be replaced or reupholstered though. All it takes is the one with the wrong dress to sit there and you'll have a very mad diner.... 

Update: They've replaced the old chairs. I'm still waiting for the croc steak to be available when I drop by.
